How We Use It

To respond to inquiries, provide product demonstrations, support partner relationships, and improve our products and services.

Data Processing

On-premise by default. Customer operational data stays on the customer's infrastructure. Vailient does not access customer operational data without explicit authorization.

Cookies

We display a cookie consent banner on first visit so you can accept or reject non-essential cookies. We do not currently set tracking cookies, only the essential storage your browser needs to remember your consent choice. Your choice is stored locally in your browser for 12 months.
